This year is already shaping up to be much better than 2020. During the pandemic, iConnect Training stayed busy developing new HVAC/R training units. These educational products for the HVACR industry were designed based on the latest trends.
Here are our three, recently released products that every HVAC/R instructor needs to know about…

TU-WPP Optional Water Pump Package
As part of the TU-210 Hydronic Heating Unit, iConnect Training constructed an optional water pump package to go along with it. This product has a 25-gallon tank and comes with a convenient cart.
With this addition, classrooms that don’t have access to a water utility still have the opportunity to easily fill and properly run their hydronic heating trainer. This also works with the TU-208.
TU-601 MULTI-HEAD MINI SPLIT HEAT PUMP TRAINING UNIT
As the world seeks to confront climate change, the adoption of ductless mini-split technology has accelerated. Today, It’s critical that up-and-coming technicians know how to utilize this technology out in the field. The TU-601 Training Unit does just that by preparing students with the necessary skills needed to capitalize on the growing electrification of HVAC.
This HVAC/R unit is a multi-head, two-zone mini-split heat pump system with a high wall mounted unit and a ceiling cassette fastened to the frame. Through the six extended-view sight glasses, students can watch as refrigerant flows through key points of the system. Instructors can teach advanced troubleshooting thanks to the toggle switches in the electrical fault package and a louver that adjusts the air flow to the outdoor unit.
